Strategic Audiovisual Consulting

What equipment you need, where to place it,
who can install it, and how much it will cost.

Four answers.
One point of contact.

Audiovisual technology is infrastructure that shapes the way people experience a space. When integrated well, it improves how the space functions, expands its potential uses, and enhances the experience you want to offer.

At Music Curator, we guide projects involving audio, video, or both. We address four practical questions: what equipment you need, where it should be placed, who can install it, and what it will cost. We coordinate the technical assessment, site visits, and preparation of the quote, then present a proposal so you can decide without having to manage each specialist separately.

We work across a range of sectors and project sizes, in Spain and internationally, on both new installations and improvements to existing systems.

What equipment does your space need?

We begin by understanding what the technology needs to accomplish. We consider how each area is used, your brand identity, the people who use the space, operating hours, and your team’s needs.

Together with the technical specialists, we evaluate audio systems, displays, content distribution, and control solutions. We also review existing equipment to determine what can be kept, what needs to be adapted, and what should be added.

We match each recommended piece of equipment to a specific function, considering system compatibility, ease of use, and the available budget.

Where should the equipment be placed?

For audio, the proposal considers sound coverage, acoustic conditions, and playback in different zones. For video, it considers the purpose and size of the screens, and how clearly they can be seen from the intended viewing areas.

Equipment placement must address technical requirements, work with the design of the space, and support day-to-day use. We coordinate these considerations with the professionals responsible for the project and, when involved, with architects and interior designers.

Who can install it?

Together with NID, we identify an installer or engineering firm with experience suited to your sector and the type of installation. We arrange a site visit so they can assess the conditions firsthand and prepare a proposal covering the technical solution and costs.

Music Curator brings together the information, coordinates the specialists involved, and presents the technical proposal and quote they have prepared. Once the quote is approved, those specialists develop the technical solution and carry out the installation.

How much will it cost?

We present a quote detailing the recommended equipment, the installation work, and its scope. This allows you to understand the investment required and what is included before making a decision.

Where feasible, we consider phased implementation and plan for possible future expansions. The proposal helps you prioritize current needs while considering how the space may evolve, retaining existing equipment where appropriate.
